Nettles includes about 15 % carbohydrates , 5,5 % protein , 0,6 % fat and 2,3 % of mineral salts. Nettle also contains plenty of good fibers for the bowel system.

horse: 0,5 to 3 tablespoons a day
Dogs: 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon a day.
It is recommended to start with a small dose to avoid hypersensitivity reactions.
